Empowerment Workshops
These strategy development workshops combine training, coaching and mentoring and can be tailored to different audiences, including:
- Leadership

- Operational staff

These can be delivered as 1/2 day or 1 day workshops, as 3-12 month 1:1 or group coaching programmes, or 60 mins webinars.
1. In Time On Time
Builds strategies for managing time and perception of time to be punctual, meet deadlines, and be prepared for meetings and appointments, improving performance at work, in business and for employment readiness.
2. Where Communication Meets
Helps grow interpersonal skills by enhancing self-awareness of own thinking and communication style and learning tools and techniques to meet the preferences and styles of others in work and social environments.
3. Improving Memory
Supports individuals to build strategies and identify tools and techniques to support and enhance short-term working memory in daily life and work.
4. From Overwhelm to Sorted
Equips participants with practical tools and techniques to avoid and manage overwhelm, improve focus, and prioritise tasks for greater independence, efficiency and wellbeing.
5. Can’t Write Won’t Write
Builds confidence and shares strategies to get thoughts down into writing and make and manage notes and records, with appropriate structure, tone of voice and communication style, reducing stress, anxiety and avoidant behaviours. [This is not about improving literacy, grammar or spelling.]
6. Social navigation
Builds confidence and practical strategies for navigating social norms, relationships, boundaries, and unspoken rules in life and the workplace.
7. Midlife Purpose
Helps individuals at any stage of life re-steer direction and build new habits and routines and grow motivation and confidence by identifying and reconnecting with personal values, aspirations and life goals.
8. Rebuild After Stress or Trauma
Provides a supportive framework for those recovering from trauma where many existing routines have collapsed, to rebuild confidence and new empowering habits, re-establishing routines and growing emotional resilience. [This is not therapy for the stress or trauma itself.]
9. Avoiding Stress and Burnout
Grows personal understanding of what causes you stress and trauma in your work and home life, and learning strategies to help manage and reduce stress levels, including assertiveness, boundary setting, prioritisation, managing expectations, work life balance and relaxation and mindfulness.
10. Confidence and Self-esteem
Empowers individuals to recognise strengths, challenge self-limiting beliefs, and build self-confidence and self-worth for personal and professional growth.
11. Enablers: Access to Work, Assistive Tech and AI
Explores assistive tech and AI tools, building digital confidence to increase independence and employability, also navigating the Access to Work support process.
12. Access Riders / Access Passports
Guides participants in creating clear, personalised access riders to identify and confidently communicate support needs and access requirements to foster inclusive working and learning environments.
